Chef JS – the culinary talent behind Team Dinner with a focus in French cuisine. Based in Munich, he has a deep appreciation for local ingredients and French culinary techniques, blending them into a style best described as “product-centric French cuisine.” This means each dish highlights a few exceptional ingredients in their peak form, allowing natural flavors to shine.

Chef JS is fluent in English (and German). His philosophy: to provide an exclusive restaurant-caliber experience in an intimate atmosphere. Chef JS will consult with you personally to understand your vision, then handle everything from ingredient sourcing to execution. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, he ensures that every Team Dinner is not just a meal, but a curated event you’ll talk about long after the evening ends.
